A founder's return to Canada.
HSB Solutions Canada Ltd was established because Canada has been part of HSB's engineering story from the beginning.
HSB Solutions was founded in 2022 in Ankara, Türkiye, by Hazan Günay and Udaya Silva. For Udaya, who spent more than two decades of his aerospace career across Canada, Japan, Germany, and Türkiye, building HSB's Canadian presence is a return home. The depth of that personal connection to Canadian aerospace, to its programs and people, is the foundation of how we plan to operate here. With local accountability, lasting commitment, and a deep understanding of what Canadian customers expect from an engineering partner.
From our Regina office, we extend HSB's specialized engineering capabilities to Canadian airframers, OEMs, and tier suppliers. Combining local presence with the deep bench of our international team.
