As we continue strengthening our team, we are thrilled to announce that Nishanth Vasireddy has joined HSB Solutions as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Nishanth brings over 18 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense sectors, having worked across Sweden, Japan, the USA, Germany, and India. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and specializes in Flight Control Systems, Systems Engineering, and Equipment Qualification.

Throughout his career, Nishanth has demonstrated exceptional technical and management expertise. He is proficient in Systems Engineering and Requirements Management (DOORS and Valispace), as well as Project Management (SCRUM). His extensive experience includes Equipment Qualification (DO-160, MIL-810), Validation & Verification, and Stress Analysis (Static, Dynamic, and Fatigue). He is also well-versed in RTCA DO-160, MIL-810, ARP 4754, and ARP 4761 standards.

Beyond his professional achievements, Nishanth enjoys traveling, getting to know different cultures, and reading books on economics. We are excited to have Nishanth join our team, and we are confident that his vast experience and expertise will greatly contribute to our ongoing projects and innovation efforts.
