Udaya and I are humbled to announce that Jerry Jendusa is joining HSB Solutions as a special advisor focusing on growth strategy, people and culture.

Jerry is the former cofounder and CEO of EMTEQ, a Global Aerospace business with diverse products and services for the commercial and defense aerospace markets with more than 600 employees and locations spanning the US, Canada, Switzerland and Brazil. Udaya worked for Jerry directly as the leader of EMTEQ’s business in Canada where it had locations in Winnipeg and Montreal.

After EMTEQ’s sale in 2014, Jerry founded BLU: A BreakthrU Company a company focused on making the world a better place, one leader at a time.

Jerry also founded BreakthrU, a network of world changing companies focused on untapping human potential. Jerry partners with Make a Wish and Children’s of Wisconsin and is a judge for the “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award.

Jerry is the host and executive producer of the show Project Pitch It a competition TV show where entrepreneurs pitch their ideas for business.

Jerry is also a strategic advisor to the Pat Connaughton Foundation for youth character programming and expanded global outreach programs. Pat Connaughton, the founder, is a professional basketball player and an entrepreneur.

Udaya and I will be joining BLU as Champions where we hope to extend Jerry’s leadership influence internationally, especially in Turkey.
