Exactly 100 years ago, on October 29th, 1923, the Turkey Republic was born with Mustafa Kemal at the helm as the first President of the Republic.

Mustafa Kemal was a visionary. A visionary beyond his time by many decades. He set in motion political, economic and cultural reforms that would later become the modern Turkey. These reforms included assigning equal rights to women when it was unthinkable in other parts of the world; adopting a Latin alphabet to accelerate literacy rates; instilling a stronger education system by creating schools all over the country and igniting an industrial revolution by installing factories to improve infrastructure.

This legend of man is revered by Turks all over the globe as the father of modern Turkey: ''Atatürk''. He was a thinker and an author that prioritized science over religion a century ago to advance a secular Turkey.

A 100 years later, it is not a surprise that the love and devotion to this man continues to flame in the hearts of all Turks.

As a foreigner to this country, it is easy to see the patriotism of Turks, of my own wife Hazan, in the passionate team of engineers at HSB Solutions and the people I come to interact with daily.

Selfless servant leadership can reverberate for centuries. If ever in doubt, the proof is Atatürk.

Fortunately for Turkey, the spirit of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk lives on in the youth of Turkey today. Highly educated, technology curious, and an unquenchable thirst for learning, generations of future leaders prepare Turkey for the next 100 years.

This is why, we at HSB Solutions and Miltron, are committed to Turkey today, tomorrow and years to come. With so much technical talent combined with already developed capability, the future is bright.
