Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and refine system requirements.
Support design, development, and testing activities for systems
Perform system-level integration, troubleshooting, and validation of systems.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and aviation regulations.
Develop and review technical documentation and provide expertise during the certification process.
Desirable
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of certification authorities and experience navigating the certification process.
Location
Primarily onsite (Türkiye) work with flexibility to travel to international locations as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering.
Experience with system development guidelines and regulations (e.g., ARP4754, DO-178C, DO-254).
Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle (V-Model)
Experience in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Polarion, etc.).
Knowledge of system integration, validation, and verification processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
A proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a multilingual environment.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and effective time management.
Having knowledge of MBSE is an added advantage.
Job Description

This role requires a highly motivated and technically strong professional who will work across multidisciplinary teams to define system architecture, manage requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the full product lifecycle from concept development through certification and in-service support for state-of-the-art next-generation aircraft and modernization programs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with structured systems engineering processes, and the ability to effectively coordinate across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls engineering domains.
