Business Operations Specialist
HSB Solutions is an aerospace engineering services firm operating globally - Turkey, Germany, Canada, and Japan. We support some of the most ambitious programs in commercial aviation and emerging aerospace. Our team of ~25 engineers works across Loads & Aeroelasticity, Flight Sciences, Systems Engineering, and Certification. We are growing fast and looking for people who grow with us.
Responsibilities
This is what you will do
Own the operational rhythm of the company across our entities in Turkey, Germany, Canada, and Japan.
Manage customer-facing operations: monthly status reports, deliverable submissions, and the administrative interface between HSB's delivery teams and our clients.
Run HR end-to-end: candidate pipeline management, CV screening, interview coordination, offer letters, onboarding, employment contracts, and ongoing employee relations across all four entities.
Lead stakeholder coordination across the full HSB ecosystem, customers, accountants, tax advisors, government bodies, grant programs, legal, and subcontractors, resolving issues without escalating to leadership.

Ankara, Turkey. This role requires a regular presence in our Ankara office to coordinate with the local team and Turkish stakeholders.
Requirements
You'll bring this with you
An engineering or technical degree.
3+ years in a business operations or Project Management role.
Experience coordinating across a broad external stakeholder base: clients, government agencies, accountants, lawyers, and partners.
Strong written English and Turkish; German or Japanese is a plus.
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable acting without a full brief.
You are a decision-maker within your scope, not a coordinator waiting for instructions.
