Operations Assistant

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting notes.

  • Handle purchases, travel arrangements, and memberships.

  • Create and maintain organizational platforms such as Trello, Confluence, and Google Drive.

  • Manage documentation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards (AS9100).

Accounting Activities:

  • Assist in handling accounting activities, including invoicing and financial reporting.

  • Support the preparation of accounting documents and reports.

Marketing and Social Media:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Help prepare marketing materials, including posters, videos, and presentations.

  • Support engagement with potential customers and partners through digital platforms.

Research and Application Support:

  • Assist in searching for open calls for R&D or governmental support projects and preparing applications.

Company Relations and Representation:

  • Represent HSB Solutions at different places when leaders and owners are not present.

  • Be responsible for the public appearance of the company

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in the hiring processes to build and expand the team with skilled professionals.

  • Support the promotion of a collaborative culture and development plans for professional growth.

Ankara | On-Site

  • A recent graduate or entry-level professional with a university degree in business administration, engineering, management, science, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential due to the international nature of the company and its customers.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Confluence (good to have, not a must).

  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles (good to have).

  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
